Turkey has expressed interest to build shelters for refugees in Bangladesh for one hundred thousand Rohingya refugees.
Today, on Sunday morning, meeting with Disaster Management and Relief Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury told Turkish Foreign Relations and Co-ordinator Coordinator Ahmed Rafiq.
During the meeting with Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury, Ahmed Rafiq talked about bilateral issues including Rohingya.
The Turkish government representative hopes to solve the problem of Rohingya torture by referring to the issue of torture as 'inhuman'.
Ahmed Rafiq Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury said that Bangladesh has given shelter to Rohingyas of Myanmar due to humanitarian reasons. Relief Minister informed the Turkish government's representative about the attitude and position of Bangladesh government with the Rohingyas.

Ahmed Rafiq said that Turkey will soon provide 10 thousand packets of relief material for 13 items. He talked with Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury about the transfer of relief.
The Turkish government representative also said Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Abbas will visit Bangladesh soon.
